Made of solid titanium, it’s corrosion resistant, lightweight, and tough as… well, titanium. Named after the Titans of ancient Greek mythology, you might think it’s heavy as a lumbering giant, but titanium is about half the weight of steel and significantly stronger.

The ring’s gold tone is accomplished using physical vapor deposition in which titanium nitride is superheated to its plasma state and shot at the ring’s surface inside a vacuum chamber. Sounds awesome, right? The result is a super-thin ceramic layer that’s attached to the ring on a molecular level. This makes it ultra-durable, scratch resistant, and means it’ll never flake off like plating tends to do.
