THE URBAN REBEL RULES

15-Day Return Window: You’ve got 15 days from delivery date to initiate a return. Because even anarchists need deadlines.

Original Condition Required: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Our ear tunnels and cuff bracelets should look as fierce as when they left our warehouse.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings (including charm hoop earrings, cross earrings, and magnetic earrings) and ceramic rings are final sale. No exceptions – even for our favorite rebels.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR GEAR

Step 1: Request Your Return

  • Whether you want a refund or exchange

Step 2: Get Approval & Shipping Instructions

We’ll respond within 48 hours (faster than our clip-on earrings snap shut) with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping address (back to our HQ at 2337 Nebraska Avenue)
  • Any special instructions for your leather bracelets or delicate beaded necklaces

Step 3: Ship It Back

Package your items securely – we recommend the original packaging for fragile pieces like chain necklaces or glass-beaded bracelets. Include the original packing slip if possible.

Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

REFUNDS: GETTING YOUR CASH BACK

Once we receive and inspect your return (allow 3-5 business days after delivery):

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timeline:
    • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
    • PayPal: Typically within 24 hours of processing

Exchange Process: Want to swap those dog tags for a cross necklace? Exchanges follow the same process but ship faster once we approve your request. We’ll cover standard shipping for your replacement item.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For rebels outside the US:

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • We don’t cover international return shipping costs
  • Refunds will be in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
